Chapter 3 of Final Fantasy VII Remake sees you head to the Sector 7 Slums, which acts as the game's first hub.
Here you can complete several sidequests, get to know the residents, acquire some useful items, and even play some darts to pass the time.

Notes
- If you play in Hard Mode, you will still have to complete these quests in order to pick up the weapon improvement manuscripts for Cloud and Tifa.
- These quests are only available in Chapter 3. If you do not complete them before moving on with the main story, you will not be able to do them until you've unlocked Chapter Select upon beating the game.
- Completing a sidequest will restore your HP and MP for free, or HP only in Hard Mode.
- Completing all these sidequests will unlock a side story with Tifa, so take the time to do complete them before moving on.
