Valentinos
The Valentinos gang is mainly constitued of Latin American members. It is one of the biggest gangs in Night City and it's based on a strong moral code and centuries-old traditions, in particular, honor, justice and brotherhood.
In Heywood, between parties, parades, drag races and alcohol abuse, all under the watchful eyes of Santa Muerte, the Valentinos aim to seduce as many young women as possible and extend their influence all over the city.
Jackie Welles is a highly skilled Spanish-speaking assassin, ex-member of the Valentinos whom he joined as a teenager before leaving them when his mother found out. He later opted for a career as a mercenary, but he still retains the values of his former gang.
He's one of V's first contacts and he will join him on several missions.
