Learn the Spawns
Learning spawns is another crucial skill for winning Domination. Teams always spawn in the same spots when they control certain objectives. Have different game plans depending on your position. Spawn knowledge lets players anticipate enemy movements without seeing anyone because you can visualize their routes based on where they start and where they will most likely go. While it is possible to mess up or get flanked, the chances of both go down when you’re more familiar with the map.
Don’t Flip the Spawns
Many people don’t realize consistently controlling 2 of the 3 objectives is enough to win. There’s almost no reason to go for the third objective unless your team is extremely far behind with no hope of winning otherwise.
Entering enemy territory at either A or C will flip the spawns, meaning the other team will start spawning at C instead of A or vice versa. They might even appear in the middle of the map depending on everyone else’s location. Your team knew where the enemies would approach before the flip, but now you have to scramble to maintain map control since enemies can creep out of any corner.
What seems like an opportunity to dominate the map becomes a chance for the other team to turn the game around.
