The Workbench is integral to progressing in Valheim – you need it for more than just crafting, you’ll use it repair your gear or erect a makeshift shelter in an emergency.
Upgrading your Workbench is a pretty straightforward process. You’ll need to craft and place supporting structures within two metres of it. Here’s what you’ll need for each level.
To build your Workbench you'll need 10 x Wood.
Level 2 – Chopping Block
- 10 x Wood
- 10 x Flint
Level 3 – Tanning Rack
- 10 x Wood
- 15 x Flint
- 20 x Leather Scraps
- 5 x Deer Hide
Level 4 – Adze
- 10 x Fine Wood
- 3 x Bronze
Level 5 – Tool Shelf
- 10 x Fine Wood
- 4 x Iron
- 4 x Obsidian
