Immortal Shieldbow helps marksmen survive burst damage, and adds valuable lifesteal.

Other good items include Infinity Edge and Lord Dominik's Regards.
Starting Item & Boots
Skill Order
While your choices may differ according to how the game progresses, the typical Draven skill priority is:
R > Q > W > E
Summoner Spells
These are the summoner spells most typically taken by Draven in this role. Naturally, this may change depending on match-ups.
Gameplay
Draven is extremely dependent on his auto-attacks, but doesn't necessarily need attack speed to do that. He has solid base damage, and is one of the better snowball champions in the botlane. Management of the Spinning Axe is key to mastering Draven.
- Level 1 - Take Q - Spinning Axe, so you can start stacking your passive.
- Level 2 - Take W - Blood Rush, for the move speed buff.
- First Back - Start building towards Shieldbow with a Noonquiver, or pick up your boots.
Tips & Tricks
- You can catch the axes of an opposing Draven, if you're playing non-draft Normals.
- Catching the Spinning Axe resets the cooldown of Blood Rush, so try to keep it active at all times for the extra mobility.
- You can surprise your opponents by moving during the return path of Whirling Death. A Flash could mean more enemies are hit!
- Stand Aside can interrupt channeled spells, such as Katarina's ult.
