Arceus, the god of Pokémon and creator of the universe, is at the heart of the plot behing your adventure.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus is coming January 28, 2022
Developed by GAME FREAK, Arceus will take place in Sinnoh - but with a twist, in that it's in the distant past, when the region was known as Hisui. This region will be teeming with Generation IV Pokemon such as Skorupi, Lucario and many more.
The starters will be Rowlet (Grass), Cyndaquil (Fire) and Oshawott (Water) - three Pokémon not native to the region, but transplanted in by a Professor. A new "more realistic" capture system will allow you to catch Pokémon without interruption.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus will take place before Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, when Sinnoh was still just a vast expanse of wilderness. Announced on the eve of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the franchise, it promises to be a new step forward for the series.
