Disney Dreamlight Valley is finally released this Tuesday, September 6, 2022 in Early Access on all platforms. The opportunity for you to discover this magical world and restore it by finding lost Disney and Pixar characters. All means are good: whether it's exploring the open world by unlocking the passages of nocturnal thorns thanks to the Dreamlight, or going through the castle and its magic paintings. Today we are going to focus on Mickey Mouse.
Introducing Mickey Mouse
Mickey is quite simply the mascot of the Walt Disney Company and is therefore present in most of the company's sectors of activity (whether films, television, parks, goodies or even video games). So well known, its silhouette has even become the iconic logo of Disney. Its creation dates back to 1928.
Unlock Mickey Mouse, his house and his rewards by friendship level
Mickey Mouse unlocks automatically when you launch the game since his house will be opposite yours in Dreamlight Valley. However, you will have to move forward with Merlin and recover the Royal Tools before you can talk to him.

Mickey Mouse's house is in the Prairie Tranquille , across from your house. In construction mode, you can of course move it around and put it wherever you want.
Below are the rewards Mickey Mouse gives you at each friendship level. Level 10 is the maximum you can reach. Then, it will no longer be useless to make him gain experience, but it will always be more advantageous to take him to accompany you on an excursion since his bonuses will be higher.
Like all the other characters, Mickey will offer you Friendship quests to advance the scenario and its level.
Mickey Memories

Once you have made good progress with Merlin, you can go to Mickey's house and clean it up to find a memory. He will then ask you to find a Recipe near the Chez Rémy restaurant. Just dig into the ground with your shovel where there are glowing holes to find a book.
Culinary passion

Once the recipe book has been recovered and friendship level 2 has passed with Mickey, the latter will ask you to cook Crackers. Do not hesitate to consult our list of recipes.
Minnie has disappeared
Friendship Quest 3
After gathering the two dishes necessary for his picnic (raw vegetables and fish sandwich) and which we describe to you in the article below, Mickey will go and land to the east of the meadow, at the edge of from the pond. Go talk to him to see Minnie's ghost appear and thus complete this part of the quest thread linked to this inhabitant.
Shadows and Knots

The previous mission allowed you to see Minnie in her shadow version. Merlin will help you see her a little better thanks to her enchanted knot. Go talk to him in the central square of the village
Amplification of memories
Friendship Quest 5
The real mission begins here. To craft a magic staff that amplifies memories, Mickey will need the following ingredients:
- 1 Emerald (find in Bayou de la Confiance),
- 2 Hardwood (Bayou or Forest)

6 Crafting Pieces (craftable at the workbench using iron ingots)
Once the amplifier is built, return to Minnie at the Village (still in the center of the Esplanade). Minnie will come back to life and you can welcome her to the village!
The secret door
Friendship quest 6 - level 10 with Mickey
This quest is entitled to a dedicated guide from us because it is a bit more complex than the others. The objective will be to find the secret door in the Castle of Dreams and open it using gems.
