It is sometimes difficult to decide where to direct your students and teachers in FE3H, here is a list of what we consider to be the best class choices to make it easier to win missions.

Fire Emblem Three Houses: Best classes for each character, tier list

In Fire Emblem Three Houses, you will have many characters at your disposal, as well as just as many classes to choose from for each of them. It can be difficult to choose where to direct them, it is a massive investment in time to unlock a supreme class, and some are quite disappointing, or simply unsuitable for the character's profile.

After our Tier list, here is now our list of the best classes for each character.

Best classes: Steps, options and requirements

  • Things are obviously not simple, and in general the characters have several possible choices. In the table below, we will list the classes to be targeted for each level (Unique, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Master), knowing that in some cases, it is better to keep an Advanced class, because many Master classes are either inaccessible (gender issue or stupid prerequisites), or lower for some characters.
  • Some characters have several possible paths, you are obviously free to choose what you want, but we generally favour very mobile classes, i. e. Cavalry and especially flying units. Their mobility skills, movement points and the ability to ignore obstacles make them fantastic tools in many missions that require quick action. This may turn in Lunatic Mode, but mobility generally pays more for the moment.

Byleth

The elements listed below are valid for a first part. Theoretically, you can unlock any class and excel in it with Byleth, but it may not be easy for everyone. In New Game Plus, on the other hand, follow your desires.
