Leatherworking is one of 12 professions in World of Warcraft Classic. The easiest way to start learning Leatherworking is to simply talk to a guard in any Capital City. They will give you directions to an Leatherworking Trainer who will help you get started.
It is important to note that you can only train your Leatherworking skill with Leatherworkers corresponding with your skill level.
Leatherworking combines perfectly with Skinning, as the latter provides vital Leatherworking materials.
Why Choose Leatherworking?
Leatherworking isn't the right choice for every class. It allows you to craft your own equipment throughout your adventure, so should be only taken by leather & mail armour users. The following items will do your class wonders in both PvP and PvE
- Druid: Hide of the Wild & Devilsaur Leggings
- Hunter: Black Dragonscale Boots & Black Dragonscale Shoulders
- Rogue: Devilsaur Leggings & Devilsaur Gauntlets
- Shaman: Dreamscale Breastplate & Black Dragonscale Leggings
