Season 20 of Overwatch Competitive Play has just started with its 12 pre-defined maps for the next two months of competition. The Hanamura, Anubis and Volskaya maps are once again in the map pool — leaving Paris and Lunar Colony on the sidelines for the second time in a row.
Long decried by the community, these two maps could be in the process of being reworked — which could explain their absence in Competitive Play for the last two seasons.

Season 20 Rewards
Competitive Points
Players have different skill ratings for each hero role (Damage, Support, and Tank). Competitive Points are rewarded separately for each role's skill rating.
- Bronze: 25 CP
- Silver: 50 CP
- Gold: 100 CP
- Platinum: 200 CP
- Diamond: 300 CP
- Master: 450 CP
- Grand Master: 650 CP
The end of Season 20 is scheduled for 4-5 March 2020.
