Suspension

Respawn is having problems with Valentine’s Day Rendezvous. The event has been delayed and it should be online today!

Love is in the air in Apex Legends. Players will be able to enjoy a new event celebrating Valentine's Day from February 11-18. Called Valentine's Day Rendezvous, it signs the great return of Duos that gives you the opportunity to play with your best teammate and hope to become the new Apex Champions. As a bonus, you will enjoy a Double Up XP Boost.

What more could you ask for? Rewards of course:

  • Log-in to collect your Valentines 2020 Badge
  • Duos returns for a limited time
  • “Double Up” XP Boost: squad up with a buddy and earn double XP (up to 20k per day)
  • New Valentine’s items: two new Pathfinder and Nessie gun charms
  • Returning Valentine’s items: last year’s “Through the Heart” DMR and “Love of the Game” Banner at discount

Through the Heart Longbow Epic skin will be available for 800 Apex Coins, and you'll have to pay the same if you wish to unlock Pathfinder Frame called Love of the Game. Charms will be cheaper since Love Struck and Lovefinder will be purchasable for respectively 500 and 700 Apex Coins.

Please note: rewards will be available on different dates — from February 11 to 14 and from February 15 to 18.

The patch deploying the event will be downloadable today around 10 am (PT). In the meantime, train with your best partner in hopes of winning the event's themed-rewards. May love be with you!

Apex Legends console issues to be patched next Monday

The introduction of Revenant and the start of the Apex Legends Season 4 has caused a sensation — except for console players, who have complained of major in-game bugs. As a result, Respawn has announced a patch which will go live on Monday to correct the issues.
