Season 3 will start on July 6, 2020 at 10 p.m.

The following will be the same as Season 1:
- The distance or Pokecoins to unlock League Battles will not be necessary: 5 series of Battles per day.
- Guaranteed Pokémon encounters will continue to be Metagross at rank 1 and Pikachu Libre at rank 10
- Avatar items will continue to be inspired by Pikachu Libre at rank 7 and Pierre Rochard at rank 10.
The following will be new to Season 2:
- The reward system linked to encounters has been modified: without a pass, you will be able to meet a Pokémon after your 3rd victory, and with a pass, you will be able to meet a Pokémon after your 1st victory.
- The ranking system has been adjusted: more wins are needed to reach ranks 4, 5, 6 and 7.
- Other Pokémon will sometimes be offered as combat rewards:
- The reward for the end of season 1 will be a Fast Move for Trainers of Rank 7 and above! This object will teach a "legacy" attack (available only in events) to one of your Pokémon! Handy if you missed a Community Day!
Trainer Batlles Updates
The trainer fights will be entitled to a few small adjustments:
- Trainer fights between friends are accessible whatever the level of friendship (minimum Good friends)
- Addition of a QR Code allowing Trainers from all over the world to compete, whatever their level of friendship or the distance between them.
