According to Bloomberg, Sony has planned an online event on June 3 to reveal a bit more about the PlayStation 5. Although it might sound like a rumor, the reputation of the news website incites us to take the news quite seriously.
This presentation won't include details about the machine itself but rather a first video introducing it — and Sony is reportedly planning other events throughout the summer to give further information about the PS5.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and following the cancellation of the E3, it's not surprising to see the publisher scattering its communication and saving some news about its main product — especially since we know that Sony's production line has been heavily impacted by the coronavirus outbreak.
It remains to be seen when we'll finally be able to purchase the next-gen console. Until then, be sure to save the date if you want to know more!
