Ranked games finally arrive on June 24, 2:00 PM PT. The information was recently tweeted by the official Valorant account.

Players were eager to experience ranked games. If they were enabled in the beta version, since the official release of the game you could only play Normal or Spike Rush matches.
With the release of Patch 1.02 the Competitive mode has finally been made available in Valorant. The problem is that it was quickly deactivated and it will take a day or two before you can enjoy the competitive experience and climb the ladder.
A bug that endangered the competitive integrity of the games is the cause of this deactivation. From time to time players could spawn in the opponent's camp rather than in their own. We let you imagine the disastrous consequences and the ridiculous situations that such a bug can create.
