This multigame festival will run from July 22 to August 24 and will bring tons of new features for all Riot Games titles. Although new personalization items will be implemented in Legends of Runeterra and new Little Legends will be introduced to Teamfight Tactics, the real focus in on League.
Nine new skins have already been announced and teased over a couple of weeks — but what comes next is certainly the more interesting.
While Lillia, the brand new champion to join League of Legends, has just been announced, the skins accompanying her release were just revealed. Thresh, Yasuo, Teemo, Lillia, and Vayne inaugurate the Spirit Blossom skin family.
As we start the 10.16 PBE cycle, four new champions are entering the brand new Spirit Blossom skin line!
The return of Nexus Blitz
The Nexus Blitz is back as a temporary game mode for the summer! It will be new permanently set in the Temple of Lily and Lotus, an Ionia-themed map fitting with the whole event. New events were added, as well as a new reward, the Elder Dragon — but we won't say more.
Discovering this game mode is part of the fun, and we don't want to spoil you... so just log in and try it by yourself!

Spirit Bonds
With these new skins and the return of one of the most beloved temporary game mode, Riot Games decided to go one step further, as they introduce Spirit Bonds, a brand new narrative experience allowing players to "forge deeper relationships with champions from the Spirit Blossom skin line."
As they're inspired by the East Asian folklore, spirits will embark players into narrative journeys allowing them to earn special rewards through missions. All missions that are usually available within the League client will also be integrated into this experience.
