After Nocturne last May, Ziggs will be the next League of Legends champion to join the Hextech family.
There are already twelve Hextech skins, the rarest and hardest cosmetics to obtain as they require to be crafted with 10 rare gems, and the Hexplosives Expert will be the thirteenth.

Currently being tested on the PBE, Hextech Ziggs should hit live alongside Patch 10.17, in two weeks.
It won't be the only skin added with this update cycle as a brand new skin-line was also added to the Rift, PsyOps.
PsyOps skins are coming in 10.18 for Sona, Master Yi, Ezreal, Vi and Shen
A new skin series called PsyOps will hit League of Legends in 10.18 with skins on Vi, Ezreal, Master Yi, Shen, and Sona.
