The objective has been completed! After only few days of availability in the shop, the Masters Bundle delighted the Hearthstone community. A good idea (certainly inspired by other esports scenes though) which brought the Las Vegas prize pool up to $250,000 while granting the opportunity to all players to get a new alternative hero, the Thunder King, and cheap boosters.
Blizzard did remind the players that a part of the benefits would go to the Masters Tour prize pool, with a $250,000 cap per event. We may wonder if the offer will be renewed later in the year to upgrade the Seoul and 3rd Masters Tour prize pool, or if they won't put in a cap at all. In any case, the community support is significant and the operation was well-rounded.
Blizzard have made clear that every player who will go to Las Vegas will get at least $500 cash prize, which is good news for all international organizations. Watch the tournament from June 14 to 16, where the winner will be crowned!
