Super Mario 3D All Stars announced for Nintendo Switch

To celebrate 35 years of Super Mario Bros., Nintendo have announced that several iconic games in series history will make a comeback on Nintendo Switch.

Widely rumoured, three beloved 3D games will make up the Super Mario 3D All-Stars compilation: Super Mario Sunshine, Super Mario Galaxy and *Super Mario* 64.

This compilation will only be available for a limited time — fans will have until March 31, 2021 to pick it up, before it disappears from stores and the Nintendo eShop.

Super Mario 3D All-Stars Release Date and Preorder

You won't have long to wait — Super Mario 3D All-Stars will be released on September 18, 2020.

It is already possible to preorder the digital version on the Nintendo eShop.

The three games have been optimized for better rendering on Nintendo Switch:

  • High-resolution graphics
  • Gameplay adapted for use with JoyCon controllers

A in-game jukebox also allows you to listen to music from the three games whenever you want — even when the console is on standby!
