The PawnTakesPawn website lives on! Various clues have been found as six influencers received terminals to decipher codes which appeared on a brand-new VHS tape. When the messages were entered into the terminals, new pieces to the puzzle were uncovered.
The Easter Egg has divided the community in two. There are those who like to play detective and solve the clues while others just want to see the trailer for Zombies. If the reveal for the first cinematic trailer is anything to go by, this Easter Egg could take a while, and fans will have to wait for their first look at the new Zombies mode.
When the codes from the tape are entered, mini-games appear. They bring a lot of clues and redirect to a page where another code is required. Further clues were found in Activision's Chopper Command game.
While this appears to be the correct avenue of investigation, the hunt for further clues has come to a temporary halt.
Unfortunately, the research cannot continue. Influencers and fans are at a dead end.
It is expected that new information will appear on the PawnTakesPawn website at 9AM PST tomorrow, where the investigation will continue!
