Buying a house for you or your Free Company in Final Fantasy XIV is not always easy, and even when you can buy one, choosing where can be really hard.
As Patch 5.35 of the game will bring hundreds of new housing plots here is our personal 10 favorite spot to buy a house.
Large Housing Plots
Top 1 — The Mist: Plot 5 (35 in the subdivision)
Dominating the sea and close to a Market Board, a Summoning Bell and an Aetheryte, this plot is one of the most renowned in Eorzea.
Top 2 — Shirogane: Plot 30 (60 in the subdivision)
I mean, you get to see the sea, have access to all commodities, and even have a "secret" hot spring right behind your house.
Top 3 — The Mist: Plot 15 (45 in the subdivision)
You're literally the king of the hill with this housing plot dominating all The Mist, with a stunning view on the roofs of the district.
Medium Housing Plots
Top 1 — The Lavender Beds: Plot 11 (41 in the subdivision)
A great view on the lake, close to all the commodities of The Lavender Beds this is one of our favorite housing plots all sizes included.
Top 2 — Shirogane: Plot 8 (38 in the subdivision)
This housing plot is located right next to the river in a little corner of Shirogane and offers a very calming and welcoming feeling.
Top 3 — The Goblet: Plot 19 (49 in the subdivision)
Located in the center of The Goblet this housing plot is ideal if you like to interact with neighbors and show how stylish your estate is.
Small Housing Plots
Top 1 — The Mist: Plot 19,20,21 (49,50,51 in the subdivision)
(Yes we cheated a bit for this one, but the view offered by the three houses' really great)
Top 2 — The Lavender Beds: Plot 29 (59 in the subdivision)
A charming and isolated spot with a stunning view of the waterfall.
Top 3 — Shirogane: Plot 3 (33 in the subdivision)
Right next to the sea this housing plot benefits from its position and stunning view all year long!
Special Mention
The Lavender Beds: Plot 16 (46 in the subdivision)
While the rest of this list was written with the help of Adel, this one is my personal favorite, close to all commodities and with a great view of the lake. A very charming spot.
