Niantic game, Pokémon GO, launches a new theme week to celebrate the recent release of the new Pokémon Journeys: The Series which features Goh and our faithful hero Ash accompanied by his Pikachu.
In Pokémon GO, from Friday November 6, 2020 to Thursday November 12, 2020 will therefore take place this week linked to the animated franchise. Here is the list of events planned for this theme.
- Pikachu with a World Cap will appear in the wild and can be found in its shiny form!
- From Thursday November 5, 2020 to Monday November 16, 2020, Lugia will be back in Level 5 Raids. He will have the Aeroblast attack.
- Ivysaur, Pinsir, Snorlax, Golurk, and more will be added to Raids this week.
- You may encounter the following Pokémon more frequently in the wild: Bulbasaur, Exeggcute, Cubone, Scyther, Dratini, Cyndaquil, and more! If you’re lucky, you may even encounter a Shiny Cubone!
- Pichu, Mantyke, Riolu, and Cubone will be available in 7km Eggs.
- Complete a Timed Research inspired by episodes from the ongoing series: Pokémon Journeys.
- Goh may well appear in your GO Snapshots. Don't forget to take pictures during the event!
- Avatar items inspired by the character of Goh will be available for free.
