Reddit user Mikeymorphin showed off the point-of-sale materials they received at the place of their work, and according to their photos, the packaging informs us that the physical version contains:
- 2 Blu-ray discs
- 1 World Compendium
- Game stickers
- Postcards from the game
- Game map
- Digital access to content
The fact that the game comes on two discs is nothing surprising when you consider that Cyberpunk 2077 will come in at an installation size of at least 70 GB.
This is not a first either, since both Red Dead Redemption II and The Last of Us Part II both came on two Blu-ray discs on PS4. For those games, the first disc acted as an installation disc, with the second being the launch disc.
It remains to be seen whether the two-disc format will be the same for all platforms or just the PlayStation 4.
Cyberpunk 2077 is coming to PC, PS4, Xbox One and Stadia on December 10, 2020, with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions coming later.
The futuristic video was released to celebrate the hip-hop duo's new track 'No Save Point', which will be featured in CD Projekt Red's upcoming Cyberpunk 2077.
