Version 1.1 of Geshin Impact has been released for over two weeks now and it's time for new characters as Childe will make way for Zhongli released today on December 1. Zhongli will not come alone as he'll be accompanied by the queen of rock'n'roll Xinyan (Pyro), Chongyun (Cryo), and Razor (Electro)
Zhongli will be the first 5-star Geo hero and has the particularity of using the polearm that only Xiangling used until today.
Genshin Impact Gentry of Hermitage Event Wish Banner
The "Gentry of Hermitage Event Wish Banner" wishes will grant players increased rates on these characters:
- Zhongli (5 stars / Polearm / Geo)
- Chongyun (4 stars / Claymore / Cryo)
- Razor (4 stars / Claymore / Electro)
- Xinyan (4 stars / Claymore / Pyro)
Genshin Impact still has a "pity system" guaranteeing you a 4 star every 10 summons or a 5 star every 90 summons and for special banners like this one, you have a 50% chance of getting one of the featured characters.
Epitome Invocation
Coming with Zhongli, a new weapon banner. This banner will feature an increase rate for four star weapons but all a five star polearm and Claymore.
These two banners will be coming to Genshin Impact with new Story quests and events.
Daily Login event
A special login bonus will be available from December 1 to December 16. Please note that only adventurers that reached level 5 or higher will have access to this event.
Zhongli Character Trial Event Genshin Impact
This time again players will be able — If they progressed enough in the story to be able to access the Wish System — to try the new characters and earn rewards via the Trial Event.
This event will be available for the same duration as the banners, from December 1 through 22.
Historia Antiqua Chapter Quest Genshin Impact
To participate in this new Story quest, players will need to reach Adventure Rank 40 (26 to see the story quest page) or above and clear the Chapter I: Act III - A New Star Approaches quests.
