The first official redesign of the Nintendo Switch console comes in striking Mario colours, and looks fantastic.

Nintendo to release special Mario-themed Nintendo Switch bundle

Released to coincide with the upcoming Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, the Mario Red & Blue Edition Nintendo Switch launches on February 12 and will carry a $299.99 price tag — and you can expect it to sell quickly.

The package includes everything you'd get in a normal Switch box — dock, pair of JoyCons and a controller grip — but also comes with the stylish carrying case seen above and a screen protector.

A port of the classic Nintendo Wii U title, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury contains the original game plus the all-new Bowser's Fury addon. Check out the trailer below!

Everything revealed during the Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Direct

To celebrate 35 years of the Mario franchise, Nintendo released a 15-minute Direct featuring the various games and events that will come between now and Spring 2021. This includes long-awaited versions of Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy, alongside a new Mario battle royale!
