According to Reuters, Discord Inc, has ended talks with Microsoft and will be focusing on expanding the company as a standalone business.
Last month it was reported that Microsoft was in talks to buy the chat platform for more than $10 billion.
With over 140 million users, Discord – which allows both public and private groups to get together in one place – has expanded from being 'gamers only' to a wide range of communities.
