Season 3 of Warzone is well underway and thanks to a recent survey distributed to a number of players, a brand-new fast-travel system may have accidentally been revealed.
The system will act in a similar fashion to how the underground subway worked in modern-day Verdansk, with players able to board the trains to access a different area of the map quicker than getting there on foot.
Here's everything you need to know about Warzone's new fast-travel system.
Warzone Red Door Fast-Travel
Unlike modern-day Verdansk, there will be no underground subway making an appearance in Verdansk '84. Instead, the red doors that featured heavily in the Black Ops Cold War campaign will be utilized in some capacity.
It's currently unclear as to how they will work but the new system was uncovered in a survey question that was recently sent out to several players.
When Will It Release?
It's not clear as to when the fast-travel system will be implemented into Warzone, but considering it was mentioned in the survey, it's likely that it will be arriving into the battle royale in the coming weeks. Perhaps as part of the mid-season event?
A New Theory
Season 3 marked Black Ops Cold War becoming further integrated into Warzone, with teasers showing the infamous numbers and a trip back to 1984 to coincide with the events of Adler and Stitch.
@ModernWarzone has posted an interesting theory that may eventually reveal how players ended up in 1984.
Could the entire Verdansk '84 storyline be a hallucination from Adler's mind if he has been brainwashed by Stitch?
We will have to wait and see how the story unfolds...
