As Warzone continues to move towards the halfway stage of Season 3, the publisher of the battle royale, Activision, is continuing to tease the release of iconic action hero John Rambo.
Teasers first appeared after the official Call of Duty Twitter account showcased the in-game stats of a player named "SURVIVORJOHN."
Players were quick to determine that the stats related to the Rambo movie franchise, implying that some kind of crossover was in the works.
Eagle-eyed fans have spotted another clue that points towards Rambo's arrival into the Call of Duty universe. Here's everything you need to know.
Another Rambo Operator Teaser
Fans spotted that Call of Duty's Twitter account only follows a total of eight people. All eight of the people have the surname of Trautman.
While this may seem insignificant to many, fans of Rambo were quick to realize that Trautman is the surname of the Colonel that features in some of the movies.
All signs are pointing towards Rambo making an imminent appearance in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, but Activision has yet to reveal any clues as to when the character will be released.
Is it a part of a mid-season event that was teased in the Season 3 roadmap? Perhaps not but it is exciting to see the movie and Call of Duty worlds crossing over once again.
