For many gamers, SIFU was love at first sight. This kung-fu based title was shown for the first time at the beginning of the year, and comes from the hand of Sloclap -- creators of Absolver.
In it, players will takek control of a seasoned fighter who has to fight their way past many enemies in a classic beat 'em up style. The key feature is a strange death mechanic, that ages the player as they receive blows.
Players will have to master the martial arts in order to avenge the death of their family, using a magic pendant responsible for granting the power of resurrection -- while taking years of life.
It makes for a less-straightforward playthrough, and we're excited to see it in action!
