After a few leaks, the first official trailer for FIFA 22 has dropped. Although it doesn’t offer much detail, the trailer definitely shows that there’s a few improvements coming to the game.
Starring French player, Kylian Mbappé, the trailer gives us glimpses of what can be expected from the latest release from EA Sports. And of course, the Frenchman will be the cover star for the second year in a row.
The trailer shows the use of HyperMotion technology — which will provide a higher level of realism in both the recreation of the players, as well their movements.
It’s important to note that this technology is only compatible with new gen consoles and Stadia.
EA has also revealed the FUT Heroes, stating that “the introduction of FIFA Ultimate Team Heroes, completely new elements that represent the stories and glory of great cult players. More news about the innovations of FIFA 22 will be released throughout the summer”.

The regular edition will be released on October 1, 2021 on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X S, Stadia, and PC via Steam and Origin. Additionally, FIFA 22 Legacy Edition will be released for Nintendo Switch.
