Riot Games is working hard to improve champions who are somewhat outdated within League of Legends, or who are failing to find a place in the meta. Over the past several months, the studio has blessed us with several complete reworks (like Udyr's which will arrive very soon in Summoner's Rift) but also smaller, mid-range reworks. And this time, it's the turn of Swain, The Great Noxian General, to have the favor of the studio .
The goal here is to restore meaning to his identity, that of a tank mage, and to relocate him a bit from the support position (which he occupies 79.4% of the time at all ranks) to see him again on the solo lanes.

Additional damage per additional projectile changed: 8.25/15/23.75/34.5/47.25 (+6/8/10/12/14% of your ability power) ⇒ 12/22/32/42/52 (+8% of your power)
Max damage (at 5 projectiles) changed: 88/135/190/253/324 (+64/72/80/88/96% of your ability power) ⇒ 108/168/228/288/348 (+70% of your ability power) power)
Mana cost decreased: 70/80/90/100/110 → 60/65/70/75/80
Pings now display enemies in range, similar to Twisted Fate R and Nocturne R
New - Pitiful Pawns: Can now be reactivated to pull all champions immobilized by E, which also tears 1 soul fragment from each of these champions.
Removed - Silent Sacrifices: Swain no longer deals damage when pulling a target.
Cooldown is reduced by 20% during Demonic Ascension (R)
R - Demonic Incarnation
Cooldown decreased: 120 seconds ⇒ 100/80/60 seconds
Drain damage per second decreased: 35/50/65 (+14% of your ability power) ⇒ 20/40/60 (+10% of your ability power)
Drain healing per second changed: 20/35/40 (+16% of your ability power) ⇒ 15/40/65 (+25% of your ability power)
Removed - Bird of Doom: No longer grants +125/200/275 bonus HP to Swain.
Removed - Duration of active property: 12 seconds ⇒ based on amount of demonic energy.
Update - Demonic Energy: Demonic Incarnation grants 50 Demonic Energy on activation and Swain loses 10 per second. After 5 seconds of Demonic Incarnation, Demonic Energy loss increases to 15 per second.
New - Soulstealer: When draining enemy champions, Swain gains 20 Demon Energy per second.
Update - Demonic Energy: After 2 seconds of Demonic Incarnation, Swain can reactivate his ultimate to cast R - Demonic Eruption. R - Demonic Eruption can only be cast once and does not end Demonic Incarnation.
R - Demonic Eruption:
Damage increased: 100/150/200 (+50% of your ability power) ⇒ 150/225/300 (+60% of your ability power)
New - Conflagration: Demonic Eruption now slows enemies by 60%, and this slow decays over 1.5 seconds.
Removed - No Stock: Demonic Eruption no longer deals bonus damage based on HP drained to enemies.
