The problem, which seems to apply exclusively to users wishing to renew their PS Plus subscription, has therefore caught the attention of Sony, which has provided some explanations to its clueless players.
Transition issues
In a support email , PlayStation teams explained: "There is a temporarily disabled feature for PS Plus / PS Now subscriptions that does not allow either subscription to be stacked onto already active subscriptions. This is only temporary and as soon as we have more information on this we will let our players know."
As we approach the arrival of the new PS Plus, it seems that the company has temporarily disabled some features of the subscription system, preventing some players from renewing the latter.
