Considered as too powerful, Warlock and Rogue classes will see some changes to get back to a 50% Win Rate. Druid, Mage, and Paladin will be powered up for the same reasons.

Hearthstone, Rogue Arena winrate patch, Warlock, Druid, Mage, Paladin

Since the arrival of the Year of the Dragon new Arena, the Win Rate percentages have been hard to follow up. Completely in favour of Rogue thanks to the EVIL Miscreant in the first week, a first patch has been implemented to reduce the Pick Rate. Since, the Warlock kicked in thanks to his AoE and some of his over-powered Demons (and mostly too easy to draft). A patch was implemented on May, 10 to correct all of this and here are the expected consequences (and wanted by the Hearthstone team):

  • Rogue and Warlock Win Rates lowered
  • Mage, Paladin, and Druid Win Rates increased

The other classes left should stay unchanged, in order to ideally get all classes to 50% Win Rate. Only the over-powered Pick Rates have been changed.
