The third Team of the Week, or TOTW, of the season has arrived. The team includes 23 players who impressed and excelled in world football over the past week. The cards will be available in FUT 20 packs from 11:00 PDT today (October 23), until the same time on Wednesday, October 30.
Barcelona's Antoine Griezmann (90) kept colleague Lionel Messi out of this week's Team of the Week as they chalked up a goal and assist each in a 3-0 win over Eibar.
This week offers a few players who could be very useful in your Ultimate Team, after a slightly disappointing TOTW 5. Marcos Alonso (84) has some good stats, but his 69 Pace as a full-back lets him down. But, in the attacking half of the pitch, Shakhtar Donetsk's Taison (84) proves himself as a very capable CAM with a solid 93 Pace and 88 Dribble. Di Maria (87) and Ben Yedder (85) also offer great pacey options in the attacking half, and will be sure to trouble opposition defenders. Except maybe for this week's top defender, Hummels (88).
Finally, Aston Villa fans won't be surprised to see Jack Grealish (81) offered a spot in the TOTW, after inspiring his team's comeback against Brighton at the weekend. He scored and assisted after Villa went one down early on.
TOTW rules reminder:
- A player may not be included in the TOTW two consecutive weeks.
- The "regular" versions of players included in the team of the week are no longer available in the packs during the period when they are "in form".
- TOTW cards are only available for one week in the packs from their release every Wednesday at 11 am PDT.
