On the official Blizzard forum, but also on Reddit, many players are complaining after seeing their Hearthstone mobile client crash quite often on Android.
According to numerous testimonies, the mobile client of the game causes a black screen and then closes. The bug is not specific to a particular game mode, or action, but seems to happen quite often and without any real potential explanation.
Whether it is in a quick game, in Tavern Brawl, or even by looking at your collection, the client shuts down.
I wanted to give everyone an update on the state of mobile, as we've seen quite a lot of threads about it.
In our next major update we will be rolling out a fix that should address the majority (if not all) of the crashes on mobile. This update will be rolling out in the next couple of weeks. Sincere apologies for the poor experience, we're working to get things back on track.
The team is continuing to pinpoint what other issues may exist and are hoping to squash these pesky bugs in their tracks.

If this type of problem is quite common in mobile games, it is mainly its frequency that is disturbing here. However, Blizzard's teams are working on the subject. Chris Attalus — community manager at Blizzard — announces that the fix will take place in the next update, which should not be too late. It will probably be launched — or at least announced at the Blizzcon.
