Known for his toxicity, League of Legends streamer Julian 'Tarzaned' Farokhian just received a 30-day Twitch ban for harassing another streamer.
It's not the first time Farokhian has been sanctioned for his behavior, after previously being banned from League of Legends for MMR boosting in July.
However, Tarzaned said himself in a Twitlonger that he "actually thought my redemption arc was going to be the real thing this time". Drafted by Tyler 'Tyler1' Steinkamp to play within his Twitch Rivals team, 'Shadow Dogs Unleashed', Farokian "actually felt valuable for the first time of my life in the League of Legends worlds."
Even if they prevailed in the tournament, Farokhian criticized his own "terrible gameplay" giving the justification of his ban that was announced to him one hour before the start.
"Some player has been griefing me for years on-stream so I stooped to his level and let him win. I was so upset at the time I wasn't even thinking about the things I was saying. Considering I have had really good behavior I'm beyond disappointed in myself for doing this," he explained.
Let's just hope that Tarzaned's sanction will act as a lesson and that he won't fall again into this trap.
Farewell, and see you in 30 days!
