History

On September 13th 2019, it was revealed that Chicago had secured a place in the Call of Duty League. Two days later, Hecz joined the franchise from OpTic Gaming as CEO.

On October 24th, the full starting roster was revealed and seven days later, the Huntsmen branding was unveiled.

On May 18th, it was confirmed that Prestinni would be joining from the Mutineers after Gunless was demoted to the bench due to chemistry issues within the team.

Throughout December, General and MBoZe were confirmed as substitutes for the Chicago franchise.

Season 1

Despite establishing itself as the fan-favorite team, the first season of the league was filled with many highs and lows.

The team did win the first London Home Series before roster issues demoted Gunless to the bench in favour of Prestinni.

Having ended the regular season in 4th, the Huntsmen were intent on finishing the season on a high. The team finished third in the season ending championship.

Season 2

For Black Ops Cold War, former OpTic Gaming Los Angeles player Dashy joined the gap as Call of Duty esports switched to a 4v4 team structure.
