One difference between Harry Potter Wizards Unite and Pokemon GO is that in there is an Energy system in play.
Energy is used primarily for spellcasting in Niantic's new game, and to keep adventuring you're going to need to recharge. This happens at Inns, the Wizarding World's equivalent of the PokéStop.
When you visit an Inn, you will see five covered platters. Each contains a delicious meal, drink or snack, and one will be chosen for you at random.
Check out what treats are available in our guide to restoring Energy.
However, the Inn also has another function.
Dark Detectors can be placed in order to see "Magic Traces" not usually visible on the map. These operate exactly the same way as Lure Modules in Pokémon GO, with one exception:
If you want to discover the rarest traces, three Detectors can be placed on an Inn at once.
So, what are you waiting for? Get hunting, wizard!
