Hatching-Tide 2020 returns to Final Fantasy XIV for 2020, from March 30 to April 13. This seasonal event brings new exclusive items that you can obtain from both quests and the Seasonal Shop.
The event will be divided in two chapters:
- Chapter 1: From March 30 at 1AM to April 5 at 7:59AM (PDT)
- Chapter 2: From April 5 at 8AM to April 13 at 7:59 AM (PDT)
Hatching-tide 2020 Quest
Chapter one
To start the event quest you will need to go to Old Gridania — you can pick it up from the Revelrous Rabbit in the Mih Khetto's Amphitheatre (X:10.2 Y:9.4)
You will first need to go and talk with a NPCs in Gridania before being asked to complete an event FATE in the Central Shroud.
IMPORTANT: Before being able to complete the FATE you will need to speak with a closeby NPC in order to get a temporary Rabbit outfit coming with two new spells. These two spells will be used to complete the FATE.
Finishing the first chapter questline will reward you with two glamour items.
Both are dyeable, and can be used by both female and male characters. However, they can't be traded, so make sure to grab them before the event ends!
Chapter 2
The second chapter starts at the same place as the first one and will, first of all, ask you to go and receive eggs from various NPCs.
After three cutscenes it is now your turn to go and share these eggs with the children of Gridannia! Joins the Rabbits in a Row Fate and follow the rabbits! This Fate is as easy as walking and pressing the new action you received when you joined.
NOTE: Don't forget to press the Join Fate button to receive the special action!
Once completed you will be rewarded with 10 Bejeweled Egg and unlock the Dapper Rabbit Suit in the seasonal shop.

These items and furniture will only be available for the duration of the event, and might not return in the future.
