This challenge is part of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 Week 1 Challenges and will require you to deal a total of 200 damage to Looty Sharks at Sweaty Sands. As we saw in the trailer of Season 3 launch, the waters around the island are infested with sharks. Be careful when swimming: they can be extremely aggressive.

You'll find sharks on the outer periphery of Sweaty Sands. You'll be able to spot them from afar despite the reflection on the surface of the water thanks to their protruding fins! Shooting them with an assault rifle or machine pistol seems to be the best option to quickly complete the challenge.
By killing a shark, you can acquire good weapons — that's why they're called Loot Sharks.
