This challenge is part of Fortnite Season 4 Week 4 XP Xtravaganza Challenges and you'll have to drive a truck from outside of Upstate New York to the Stark Industries location.
The North of New York is this immense rocky promontory which was erected during the season, and whose perimeter is materialized by a cliff. The bad news is that the roads that once led to this area were simply sawn up by the rock.
Don't panic, there're several ways to complete this challenge.
All the trucks in the game are currently immobilized by yellow devices. It's impossible to drive thm, so the challenge is unplayable for now. Epic Games should quickly fix this issue.

The map below shows you the only portion of the road that takes you to the rocky promontory and then to Stark Industries:
The ramp technique
The other technique to climb by truck to the promontory will be to build a solid ramp to the top of the cliff. You might as well know right away that this won't be easy, because the trucks are tricky to maneuver, heavy and enemies won'ot fail to get in your way.

Where to find trucks?
Trucks can be found in many places on the map. Almost all places have some, and you'll also find some on the roads, or at gas stations.
Please note that it's possible to begin this challenge from almost any place on the map Nothing prevents you from taking the road from Sweaty Sands for example!
Only one parameter is to be taken into account: the gasoline. Trucks are very fuel hungry, and a too long trip will be fatal for your tank. Before you leave, take a few red gas cans to fill up before you reach Upstate New York.
