Like many other burst mages, Annie can get a lot out of the Electrocute rune. You typically always want to blow all your cooldowns on a single target, and Electrocute does a great job of complimenting that.
For red, Brutal makes you a real threat as soon as you get your ultimate, with the stat boost helping you through the early game nicely.
Regeneration in green will either let you spam your spells even more than normal or give you an added bit of sustain during the laning phase.
Manaflow Band will quickly give you a bonus to your max mana that can scale to 300, which Annie players will always find useful.

Tips and Tricks
- When playing Annie, your last hits have to be on point as your Disintegrate skill gives you free mana whenever you deal a fatal blow to a target.
- Don't forget how useful Tibbers can be when soaking up damage! Use him to tank enemy attacks and protect your teammates from lethal spells designed to pick off players, such as Blitzcrank's grab
- Before you drop your AOE spell on your enemies, make sure you've got enough pyromania stacks to stun everyone. If you don't pay close attention to your passive, then your engages are sure to fall flat everytime.
