The new raid called Delubrum Reginae is now available with Patch 5.45, and brings a whole new lot of rewards to Final Fantasy XIV.

Getting your hands on the Modern Aesthetics - Early to Rise is not going to be that easy, in fact this new hairstyle only drops from the personal chests in the new 24 player raid Delubrum Reginae.

While we do not have confirmation yet, it looks like this new hairstyle may only drop from the last chest of the raid.
