Patch 5.45 for Final Fantasy XIV is here, and it introduces a new level of upgrade for the Save The Queen Relic Weapons and Skysteel Tools, as well as the new 24-player raid inside the Bozjan Southern Front: Delubrum Reginae.

- New Items: New mount, emote, hairstyle, and parasol
- Blue Mage Update: Level cap increased, new spells and Masked Carnival
- New Quests, The Feast, and Housing: New sidequests, housing items, and Season 18 of The Feast
- System: New achievements and titles, Party Finder update and resolved issues
