Available in Patch 5.5 The Cloud Deck, the Diamond Weapon is the new Trial of Final Fantasy XIV and is available for players level 80 in normal and extreme difficulties.

To unlock the Diamond Weapon players will need to talk to the Resistance Officer in The Lochs (X:11.2 Y:22.4) and accept the quest called "Duty in the Sky with Diamond"
If this quest is not available, you might have missed the quests from Emerald, Sapphire or Ruby Weapons.
FFXIV 5.5 How to unlock Diamond Weapon, The Cloud Deck trial Extreme
To unlock the Extreme difficulty of the Diamond Weapon, players will need to talk to the Warmachina Fanatic in The Lochs (Xy: 11.5 Y: 22.4) after completing the normal difficulty of the trial.
