Spire Quests are a new addition to Fortnite, and allow players to delve into the lore of Season 6 and its main cast of characters.
You'll have to seek out Jonesy the First, the character who has become the poster boy for Fortnite over the years, and who stars in many of its cinematics.
This particular Spire Quest has two very distinct stages — first you need to find him, then you'll need to defeat him in a duel.
Where to find Jonesy the First
Jonesy the First can be found in the houses of Pleasant Park, in the northwestern part of town. He's often found in the small living room.
You should have no trouble finding him once inside the city, because — like all other NPCs — he'll have a speech box floating above his head.
When you find him, simply interact with him to get things started.
We highly recommend coming properly equipped with weapons and plenty of ammo. Jonesy doesn't give in, and carries a fearsome Epic-quality Primal Assault Rifle.
It's hard to go toe-to-toe with him if you're under-geared!
Also, be mindful of other players looking to complete the same quest. Things can often get a little hectic, so perhaps wait for later in the game or play in Team Rumble mode where respawns are infinite.
