Utsushi
Utsushi is a Master Hunter in charge of training his fellow hunters. He knows how to imitate the roar of the monsters and create masks with their likeness. This will probably come in handy during the story. The rest of the time he is present in the Hub Quest to manage the Arena Quests, which are designed for one or two hunters.
