To find these overpowered versions of monsters, you must either find a super rare lair or go on a multiplayer expedition with an SR Expedition Ticket. You can get these at Melynx Inc., and cost 100 Bottle Caps each.

Elder Dragons
To find Elder Dragon eggs, you have to defeat them in a special side mission, then go on a multiplayer expedition with an SR Expedition Ticket.
They can also be obtained from super rare lairs, but that's much less profitable and somewhat random.
