Tower of Fantasy is available since August 11, 2022 and this new gacha game lets you experience a futuristic open-world adventure with an MMORPG aspect. Your goal is therefore not only to explore the different regions, to complete quests but also to summon characters and improve them. On ToF, the summoning system is a bit special and allows you to actually obtain weapons with various rarity levels: N - R - SR - SRR. Attached to these weapons are characters called Simulacrums only for SR and SSR rarities. Today, we are particularly interested in Crow and his weapon Blades of Thunder .
Crow: Presentation of this SSR and banner
Crow is part of the game's permanent banner (obtainable with Golden Nuclei) but you also have a low chance of getting it on the game's very first temporary banner (Nemesis), which lasts from August 11, 2022 (launch of the Thu) as of August 31, 2022.
- Gender : Male
- Height : 162cm

The different skins
If you get Crow's weapon multiple times, then you can increase his star level. At the end of the 3-star level , you get a different skin for the Simulacrum Crow. As a reminder, it is possible to use the weapon without putting on the appearance of Crow.
Favorite gifts to give him
Each SSR character in Tower of Fantasy has an Awakening Level that can be improved by completing the story quest and also by giving them gifts.

The best SR rank gifts to give him:

- 4,000 Awakening Points: Silent Night - When Crow is not in a party, increases damage done by 10% and reduces damage taken by 6% When Crow enters combat, increases damage done by 12% for 12 seconds .
Thunderblades: Crow's SSR Weapon Overview
Information and how to get it?
- Resonance (role): DPS
- Element: Lightning
- Fracture: 6.00
- Refill: 8.00
- Base Attack: 18
- HP: 1165
- Crit: 14
Thunder Blades weapon effects
- Lightning : When weapon is fully charged, next attack Paralyzes targets for 1 second and Electrifies them for 6 seconds, removing all buffs and dealing damage equal to 144.00% ATK. Targets can no longer receive buffs for the next 6 seconds.
How is Crow/Lames de Tonnerre played and with whom/what weapon?
Crow is a big DPS whose use is mainly based on CRITs (critical hits) and executing targets below 60% HP. In short, he is a very good damage character but it is better to use him in the second part of the fight to eliminate enemies more easily. For this, a good team can be made up of KING to break shields and cause the first big damage, Nemesis to continue and apply Lightning buffs thanks to his Resonance, then Crow to finish the job.
- Its strengths : an excellent DPS that goes very well with Nemesis
- Its weak points : Crow is not really recommended for the beginning of an adventure. He works better in a team thanks to his CRIT abilities, but his Awakening attributes give him more strength in solo.
Progression: how to improve Blades of Thunder?
The 6 star levels
Each SR and SSR weapon can progress up to a 6-star level. Initially, your weapon will be at 0 stars and you will therefore have to improve it 6 times to reach the maximum level, but this means that you will have to obtain the same weapon 7 times to improve it.
- 1★: Attacking targets from behind increases the crit rate of all double bladed attacks by 40%. Attacking an electrified target from behind increases crit rate by 100% and crit damage by 30%.
- 2★: Increases base ATK growth of current weapon by 16%.
- 3★: Increases damage by 30% to targets with less than 60% HP.
- 4★: Increases base ATK growth of current weapon by 32%,
- 5★: Triggering a back attack grants 100% crit chance for the next 4 seconds and increases crit damage by 50%. Reload: 10 seconds.
- 6★: After using a skill, increases Lightning damage inflicted on the target by 20% for 20 seconds.
The necessary upgrade materials
In addition to improving the stars of your weapon, you can also strengthen it and increase it up to 5 times. Be careful, this costs materials but also Gold and sometimes requires having the right level of adventure. For Blades of Thunder, you will need the following materials:
All SSR Weapon Skills Thunderblades
Normal
- Twin Blades : While on the ground, use the weapon to attack 5 times in a row.
- Celestial Storm : While airborne, use normal attack to attack 4 times in a row.
- Rapid Lunge : After the third normal attack, press and hold the normal attack button to trigger Rapid Lunge. Strikes the target and knocks them into the air, dealing total damage equal to 83.4% ATK + 4.
- Spiral Strike : Use and hold normal attack while airborne (or tap when a target is selected), or use normal attack when climbing, jumping back, or using the Jetpack to trigger Spiral Drive . While falling, deals damage equal to 42% ATK + 2 with each hit.
- Sneak Attack : Approach the enemy from behind while crouching, then hit normal attack to use Sneak Attack, dealing damage equal to 570% ATK + 30.
Dodge
- Dodge : Dodge just before being hit to activate a Fantasy, which reduces the speed of enemies in the red zone. Reload: 15 seconds. While dodging, you gain immunity to stuns for 0.5 seconds.
- Flying Blades : Use normal attack during the short perfect dodge window (hit an arrow key before dodging) to trigger Flying Blades. Hits a target 5 times, each dealing damage equal to 18.8% ATK + 1. Grants immunity to crowd control effects during the phase.
Thunder Blades Special Skill
- Boomerang Blades : Fires 6 returning blades, each dealing damage equal to 20.7% ATK + 1. Gain Hyperbody for up to 8 seconds, and the effect is removed when the blades return. 45 second cooldown.
Discharge (ult)
- Orbital Blades : When the weapon's charge is full or a Fantasy is triggered, removes all debuffs from the wearer and flashes at the target location while switching to this weapon and attacking, dealing damage equal to 62.1 % ATK + 3 and electrocuting the target (after 5 seconds, inflicts volt damage equal to 15% of damage dealt, up to 350% of Wanderer's ATK. This is an abnormal status which can be dissipated). Also spawns 3 blades that orbit the Wanderer, dealing damage equal to 46.5% ATK + 2 to those who touch them.
Recommended matrices
There are only 4 die slots to put on your weapon. A bit like artifacts, the matrices work in sets: the more pieces of the same set you put, the more the set in question grants bonuses. For Thunder Blades, it is recommended to put a 4-piece Samir set or a 4-piece Crow set if you don't have one.
