Disney Dreamlight Valley is finally released this Tuesday, September 6, 2022 in Early Access on all platforms. The opportunity for you to discover this magical world and restore it by finding lost Disney and Pixar characters. All means are good: whether it's exploring the open world by unlocking the passages of nocturnal thorns thanks to the Dreamlight, or going through the castle and its magic paintings. Today, we are going to focus on Kristoff and his stand which has nothing to do with Goofy's!
Unlock Kristoff's stand and upgrade it
Kristoff's stand is a great way to find rare materials or at least those that take a long time to obtain, such as fabric for example, which requires planting cotton seeds. If you set out to complete all the recipes in the game but run out of coal, Kristoff will save your life in seconds!
- To unlock Kristoff : you must open the passage to the Forest of Courage, a quest will automatically trigger "Lost in the grove",
- Advance through Kristoff's Friendship Quests to unlock the Village Project Friendship Quest: Mountain Man Stand,

To upgrade the stand , you need to advance to friendship level 10 with Kristoff and complete the quest A Broken Sled.

Unfortunately, Kristoff does not sell clay when many players need it! Maybe this will be fixed in a future update, who knows? In the meantime, here are the materials Kristoff can sell at his booth:
Basic stand
Only 3 materials are sold and they are always the same.
5 pieces unit
Wood you can find everywhere on the ground, especially at the Esplanade and the Tranquil Meadow, but you will need it in large quantities for certain quests and to craft furniture.
2 pieces unit
You can also get a lot of stones by breaking rocks and mines in all biomes.
8 pieces unit
Sand is a bit harder to get if you haven't upgraded your Shovel through Maui. That's why buying it from Kristoff can help you out.
Improved Stand
A second line of materials will be added to the stand. Soft wood, sand and stone will always be on the first line but 3 of the following materials can be purchased in turn (the stock changes daily).
25 pieces unit
You can also get snowballs by digging in the Frozen Heights or by using your Improved Pickaxe on the ice spikes.
130 pieces unit
The bricks are normally obtained via clay: it is therefore very interesting to buy them directly at the stand.
6 pieces unit
What a joy to see fiber in Kristoff's stock! The only other way to get it is to fish for seaweed and it must be admitted that it is quite redundant.
5 pieces unit
Kristoff kind of saved my life when I wanted to chain all the recipes in the game and I didn't have a single coal on me. No time to go mining!
