Shotguns
Unlike other battle royale where shotguns are only weapons to begin the game with before finding something better, shotguns have a prominent place in Fortnite. We advise you to always keep one in your inventory for close combat.
Tactical shotgun
For those who do not have full confidence in their ability to finish the fight in one shot, the tactical shotgun forgives mistakes much more than the sawed-off shotgun, since it fires twice as fast. If its power per shot is lower, its firing rate finally gives it a better DPS.
Be careful, the DPS has less importance in this class of weapon where the goal is to finish the fight as soon as the first shots are fired. We recommend the tactical shotgun for young players who are not sure of their aim, but if you hit more often than you miss, go for the sawed-off shotgun instead.
